We want you to love your She Will pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Free U.S. returns

There is no return fee for returns within the United States. Once your request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your options

• Refund to your original payment method
• Exchange for a different size or color (one exchange per item, subject to availability; if your new item is out of stock, you'll receive store credit)
• Store credit to use on a future order

Tops and bottoms are sold separately, so you can return or exchange just one piece.

Condition of returns

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags attached, the hygienic liner in place, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are missing tags or liners cannot be accepted.

Final sale

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return or exchange

Go to My Account, open your order and click Request return. You can select all the items you'd like to send back in a single request.

Want an exchange? Request a return for the item and, in the note, tell us the size or color you'd like instead. We'll send your new piece once your return is approved. You can also email us at hello@shewillrio.com with your order number.

Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Orders outside the U.S.

For international orders, please contact us at hello@shewillrio.com before sending anything back so we can share return instructions. If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.
